TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) define the rules, rights and duties of the player and the operator, establishing the scope of the service, registration, payments, responsibilities and policies.

1. Terms and Conditions for the Player

• Be physically located in the State of Rio de Janeiro;
• Not be self-excluded or excluded by third parties;
• Not be a politically exposed person.

The player is responsible for keeping their credentials secure, in compliance with the LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).

1.3 Data recovery

• User identified by CPF (Brazilian tax ID);
• Recovery via registered email and mobile phone;
• New password sent via SMS;
• Password change requires facial recognition (KYC);
• Password with 8 alphanumeric characters;
• Changes require SMS confirmation.

1.4 Inactive account

• Politically exposed person;
• Court order;
• Self-exclusion;
• LOTERJ decision.

1.5 PIX payments

Bets are placed exclusively via PIX and events such as failures, interruptions or chargebacks may occur as described.

1.6 Incidents

Deposits or withdrawals may be delayed due to factors external to the system.

2. Terms and Conditions for the Operator

• Refuse accounts of minors or PEPs;
• Refuse deposits from outside RJ or from self-excluded users;
• Close accounts in accordance with the terms and applicable legislation.
